ABOUT
Lori R. Hebert (Director)

Since obtaining her Masters’ degree in Speech Pathology, Lori has worked with children and adults in various settings. With over twenty years of experience, she has extensive knowledge about school-age diagnostics and treatment, including Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), after having worked in the public school system both in Northern California and San Diego. In the public schools, Lori conducted evaluations and provided treatment to children and adolescents (ages 5-18) with a variety of communication disorders. She's supervised many CFYs and SLPAs over the course of her career and enjoys mentoring Speech Pathologists who are new to the field. She established North County Speech in 2008 with the goal of improving the lives of children and their families by enhancing their communication skills. Since then, she's partnered with numerous charter schools across San Diego county as both a provider, and consultant, for their Special Education teams.

Prior to pursuing a graduate degree in Speech Pathology, Lori worked as a management consultant for Accenture Consulting specializing in the healthcare industry.
